Mr Lee was just making things clear that TK's a SEA (School Excellence Award) school and his expectations from us, students.
There's something very funny he shared with us. He said that TK is more special than any other schools which received the most prestigious special award in the education industry. "If you look at the list of schools which have this award, they are mostly independent schools and heavily funded schools. Right here in TK, we're like NTUC; we provide quality education at an economical price. Students in independent schools pay $250 per month just on school fees, while you guys only pay $23! You are all receiving equally high standards of education and many other schools are looking to us as a role model, learning from us, especially our Project Work."

Secondary 2 Streaming Briefing by VP
After listening through everything, I was rather disappointed, knowing that TK doesn't provide a combination with Double Pure Science + Art + A-Maths though there will be 5 out of 8 classes providing Pure Sciences. I know that History and Literature are surely eliminated from my choices. I had a hard time thinking, really hard.

Issue of Option Form
Results were taken down. I did ok. I am ranked 129 out of 317; Overall percentage: 62.2%. I could easily get into a Double Pure Science class, but I want Art. For a moment, I felt like cursing and swearing the school I always feel proud to be in.

Science Mass Lecture on Sexual Reproduction of Human
The school skipped this chapter for curriculum, and they felt that it's important for us to know ourselves better, well, as well as the opposite gender. For once, the guys were super attentive in the auditorium. Dumb questions were answered. Sick questions did not bother the teachers much.
Actually, the main climax should be on the ABORTION. Mrs Ang prepared a video clip she found. It was titled: The Silent Scream. It was a documentary film while a life abortion was taking place. It was scary, seeing the foetus struggling in the womb through the TV screen which showed the picture of the movement using ultra soundwave (or whatever it was). They abortionist actually squashed the foetus head after sucking out the limbs and body using the suction tip. Only 1 simple word can describe this all, it's total CRUELTY.

Wednesday
Project Work Day.
Before recess, the Secondary 2s showcased their Project Work to the Secondary 1s. My group, together with 3 other groups were chosen to present in the Auditorium instead of jus showcasing our work while the Secondary 1s go around viewing during hteir gallery walk.
Somehow, Mr Tan made the China Exchange group present before half of the Secondary 1s go for their gallery walk, so my group only had to present once, which was good. The other 3 groups' projects were on Water Resources, Animation and Drama-in-Action. Rifat's drama group was really entertaining! They came up with a comedy and Rifat acted as Super Duke's girlfriend, wearing a skirt! Till now, I can't stop laughing just by recalling the lame jokes.

After recess was Secondary 3 Project Work Conference. This time, the Secondary 3s who continued taking up Project Work for the second year showcased their works. Beofore the 2 sharing sessions took place, the Student Council invited a key note speaker to address the school (in particular, the Secondary 2s). He's an inventor who is also an alumni.
After attending the 2 sessions, I think I'll be taking Project Work again next year.

After school, Clarissa, Eileen, Sharmane, Astrid, Weilin and Jasmine came to my house and we were busy preparing for Thursday's School Bazaar.

Thusday
School Bazaar.
I headed to school early in the morning to set up my stall (or rather 2G's Pick-Pick stall). We cooked the crabsticks and get everything ready. Though it became rather messy, the girls went around touting and getting customers. We manage to hit our target, collecting over $200, having no leftovers. I'm satisfied; we're all satisfied.

There were so many different stalls. The Secondary 1s were definitely impressive, bringing in a Neoprint machine, offering manicure services, selling accessories, plushies, setting up game stalls, hunted houses (too many and too messy). There was also movie screening and band performance. TK's really impressive!

2nd option: Standard subjects + A-maths + Geog elec + Double Science + DnT
3rd option: Standard subjects + A-maths + Geog elec + Double Science

Many think I'm dumb to give up Pure Science for Art. I know.

Friday
Classroom cleaning.

IT survey in the computer lab. Mdm Farida came in and distributed Merci chocolate croccants to us. I almost broke down. She's retiring and she won't be teaching anymore. She actually came to me presonally and told me, "Chiaw Min, thank you for being so attentive and obedient in class. You were my best student." I told her this," Mdm Farida, thank you for being such a passioante teacher." I then took down her address; I'll sent her my greetings every year.

2G's last day together was rather memorable. We will miss each other. Wait, we have 1 more occasion, the CLASS CHALET!!!
